Film is built on the right people in the right roles — and finding that fit is what I do.

My name is Veronica Santos. I'm a former actress and now a Casting Director. With years of hands-on experience in the German and international film industries — both in front of and behind the camera — I bring a unique dual perspective to casting. Having worked both on screen and behind the scenes, I understand what a production needs not just on paper, but on set and in the edit. That's the experience I bring to every project.

I work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to find cast that doesn't just fit a role, but elevates it. Whether you're working on a feature, short, or series, I approach every project with the same attention: reading deeply into the material, understanding the characters from the inside out, and making casting decisions that serve the story.
